Prudence Melinda Halliwell is the daughter of Piper Halliwell and Leo Wyatt and the older twin sister of Chris Halliwell. Melinda is a whitelighter-witch born shortly before midnight on February 1st, 2003. This day is known as the Imbolc, the beginning of spring and an important day to witches.

- Sensing: The ability to sense the location and status of other beings.
- Telekinesis: The ability to move objects and beings with the mind. She channels it through her hands.
- Telekinetic Orbing: The ability to transport objects through the use of orbs. Due to her whitelighter heritage, Meinda's Telekinesis originally manifested as a hybrid form.
- Remote Orbing: The ability to teleport others from one location to another.
- Deviation: The ability to use another power to redirect an attack.
- Telepathy: The ability to read minds and communicate telepathically.
- Mind Manipulation: The ability to control and manipulate the minds of others, including erasing memories.
Notes and Trivia
- Despite being twins, Melinda and Chris were not born on the same day. Melinda was born shortly before midnight, while Chris was born after.
- Melinda and Chris are the first twins born in the Warren line, as revealed in "5.03 The Evil Eye".
- In Season 7, the future version of Melinda would be revealed to be far more powerful than Chris due to being the eldest and being born on the Imbolc.
